Member and Youth Activities Coordinator
The American Gelbvieh Association is currently seeking a qualified individual to join the team as
a Member and Youth Activities Coordinator. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and
energetic team with the primary goal of improving the Gelbvieh and Balancer® breed by
assisting members and growing the American Gelbvieh Junior Association (AGJA).
This position, based in the AGA headquarters office in Lincoln, Nebraska, is responsible for
coordinating all activities of the AGJA including working closely with the AGJA board of directors
throughout the year to plan and organize AGJA events. In addition, this role will plan events
including the AGA National Show and the AGA National Convention and assist with providing
excellent customer service to AGA members and customers.

Summer Intern
The American Gelbvieh Association (AGA) is seeking a highly motivated student with interest in beef cattle for the following paid internship opportunity available for Summer 2025. Internship is from May to August with start and end dates flexible.
This position, based in the AGA headquarters office in Lincoln, Nebraska, is responsible for assisting with preparations for the American Gelbvieh Junior Association Junior Classic Show including entries, registrations, and contests. Attend Junior Classic in Lebanon, Tennessee, June 20 – 28, 2025, and responsible for assisting with contests, point tabulation and other various duties as deemed necessary. Assist AGA members and customers with submitting, recording, and reporting data, and general member services via phone, email, and in-person and assist marketing and communication teams with communications efforts and messaging, along with any additional responsibilities that may be included throughout the internship as opportunities arise.
