The well established Seedstock Plus South Missouri Bull Sale was another successful event with a packed crowd of new and repeat customers purchasing an outstanding set of bulls backed by the most comprehensive data in the industry. A larger offering this year saw every bull through the ring selling at a $900 greater average than last year. There were 195 registered buyers of which 108 purchased bulls representing 16 states.
Sale highlights include:
Lot 492, TMMW Bismarck’s Mr. Governor 2A, a homozygous black, homozygouspolled Balancer bull, sold for $10,400, bred by Mulroy Farms, LLC., and was purchased by Bar T Bar Ranches, Ariz.
Lot 425, PROB In Focus 11Z, a homozygousblack Balancer bull, sold for $7,500, bred by Probert Gelbvieh, and was purchased by Al and Debbie Robbins, Texas.
Lot 533, JGPG 367A, a homozygousblack, homozygous polled Balancer bull, sold for $7,300, bred by JGP Gelbvieh, and was also purchased by Al and Debbie Robbins, Texas.
Lot 464, JJNR Mr In Focus B24A, a homozygousblack Balancer bull, sold for $6,800, bred by Nelson Ranch, and was purchased by C.R. Toner, Kan.
Lot 591, MILR Home Run A72ET, a homozygousblack Gelbvieh bull, sold for $6,500, bred by Miller Gelbvieh, and was purchased by Paul Burdette, W.Va.
Lot 614, SKF 147A, a red Gelbvieh bull, sold for $6,400, bred by Sandy Knoll Farms, and was purchased by Harold Brunner, Mo.
Lot 536, SKF 098A, a black Balancer bull, sold for $6,100, bred by Sandy Knoll Farms, and was purchased by Leachman Cattle of Colorado.
