The AGJA has teamed up with the American Junior Shorthorn Association, American Junior Simmental Association American Junior Chianina Association, and the North American Limousin Junior Association for The Summit, IGS Youth Leadership Conference. The Summit is open to all youth ages 14-22 in the beef industry.

The Summit Conference is not only an opportunity for juniors to gain industry knowledge and leadership skills that can be used in the future, but it is also a place where juniors are able to create new friendships, experience a college campus and be exposed to current issues affecting the agriculture industry.
